How it works
The first week is the whole difference.
Every task gets written down once, by me, in your own words. You approve it. Then it runs without you.
You do it once, out loud.
You screen-record the task the way you actually do it—including the parts you’d never think to mention. Fifteen minutes, one time. I watch it twice.
I write it down. You correct it.
I turn the recording into a one-page procedure: the exceptions, who gets copied, and the thing you always forget. You read it once and fix anything I got wrong.
It runs.
I run it. Friday you get one note: what’s done, what’s waiting on you, and what I’d change. That note is the only status meeting we need.
The procedure stack
Approved once. Usable after either of us leaves.
By week three, there are usually eight or nine procedures. They remain your property. If an engagement ends, whoever comes next inherits the working system instead of starting from memory.
