Why the process obsession
Agricultural and biosystems engineering, at the University of Ilocos Sur Polytechnic State College.
I don’t use much of the agriculture in client operations. I use all of the systems thinking. It’s why my first instinct with a task is to write down how it works before trying to do it faster, and why I’d rather hand you a one-page procedure than promise I’m detail-oriented.
The night shift is the part people ask about. US hours are the operating model here, not a temporary adjustment.
Working principles
Claims need machinery.
If it repeats, document it.
Memory is not an operating system.
If access is sensitive, limit it.
Trust works better with permissions and approvals.
If something changed, say it early.
A clean status note beats a late surprise.
